We are an established commercial and industrial manufacturing plant, specializing
in injection of polyurethane insulated sandwich panel and refrigeration system is
looking for suitably qualified candidates to join our team.
- Full responsible for overall plant operation to achieve productivity & efficiency,
volume, quality, target, cost control and its overall performance objectives
- To plan, manage production schedule, organize manpower, material and equipment
to maximize utilization and efficiency
- Correspondence with local & overseas support team
- At least (4) or (5) years working experience in the managerial position related to manufacturing field.
- Experience in factory management including production maintenance, QC & etc.
- Required team leadership with proven performance in problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Required languages: Bahasa, English & Chinese
- Possess own transport
- Handphone& petrol allowance provided
